Seriously? What is a Divorce Doula?

When you were pregnant, you knew you were bringing forth a new life. It might be the one and only time you did it, and you wanted to do it right. You were faced countless decisions, and each one felt monumental. A doula was someone who had done it before. She was someone with knowledge and experience, to hold your hand, share information, problem solve, and be in your corner. She was a coach, calm listener, advocate, and comfort.

Divorce is not that different from childbirth, except the new life you are bringing forth is your own. I help women who are going through divorce to problem solve, make plans, find resources, and strengthen their support networks. I can help make the hardest steps seem possible. Individually and in community with other women, I can help you get divorced in the way that feels best to you.

30-minute discovery call

Individual Divorce Coaching
We'll work together for 3 months to figure out your path forward. You'll have 6 individual coaching sessions and access between sessions via text and email. To get started book a discovery call and we'll go from there.
Women Supporting Women
You will come together with a small group of women to celebrate, mourn, problem-solve, share resources, and build a bridge from your past to your future.
